ARTICLE 1: GENERAL TERMS

2. By participating in any Service or accessing our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ARTICLE 2: AGE REQUIREMENTS

1. All users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in any Service.

1. Casino Privilèges loyalty program is available for patrons who meet certain requirements.
2. Members earn points redeemable for prizes, cash, or other rewards.

ARTICLE 6: PRIZES AND JACKPOTS

1. Winnings from gaming activities are subject to applicable taxes.
2. All jackpots are paid out according to our standard payout procedures.
3. Any discrepancies in winnings must be reported within a reasonable time frame.

ARTICLE 7: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

1. We reserve the right to close or modify any equipment, game, or service for maintenance purposes without prior notice.
2. No compensation will be provided for temporary closures of services due to equipment maintenance.

ARTICLE 8: SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

2. We comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
3. Access to casino areas may be restricted or denied for security reasons.

ARTICLE 9: USE OF PROPERTY

1. Patrons are responsible for their own safety and property while on our premises.
2. Damage caused by patrons will result in liability as per applicable laws.
3. Consumption of food, drinks, or substances is prohibited in non-designated areas.

ARTICLE 10: LIABILITIES AND INDEMNITIES

1. We shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in Services or usage of our premises, unless caused by negligence on our part.
2. By participating in Services, patrons acknowledge that they release us and all related parties from liability for any claims arising out of their use.

ARTICLE 11: CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. All cancellation requests must be made prior to the scheduled event or show time.
2. Refunds will only be provided if services are canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

ARTICLE 12: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes lies within our location, Quebec, Canada.
